Great service...........

Had some banking difficulties when trying to order strings. Carl was Great to work with and very prompt to answer emails and did everything possible to help get the order sorted. The problem was not with Lord Of The Strings, but with my banking facility, but because of the issues and the difficulties it presented i almost gave up and was prepared to order my strings elsewhere. I am very pleased i did not.
Carl was patient and extremely professional and could not have helped more. When the bank eventually sorted itself out Carl was quick to process the order and kept me informed (e mail) at each step of the purchase.
Great guy to work with, professional, courteous, thorough, and knows his stuff. What more could you want? Oh and the Martin M620 Tenor Uke strings! Well there are horses for courses and i prefer the sound that these offer for my style of play but the biggest difference for me is that Lord Of The Strings have quality products at THE BEST PRICE!!!
